随着春节的日益临近，新年度中央一号文件也将在近日正式发布。在前段时间，中央农村工作会议正式闭幕。在这次会议上，国家也重点讨论了关于做好2023年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的意见讨论稿。随着一系列的利好消息发布，在今年涉及到粮食产业方面也将迎来重要升级。对于种地农民来说，各项利好政策已经确定，粮补、粮价也将迎来三个好消息。

利好消息1：在今年国家已经明确提出将再次制定最新的实施方案，全面推进新一轮千亿斤粮食产能提升行动。随着这个信号的释放，也再次为我们说明粮食主产区在今年还会获得更大力度的扶持来全面保障千亿粮食产能提升行动能够取得预期成效。

利好消息2：在今年国家针对农村耕地方面还会继续加大监管力度。一方面要抓住耕地和种子两个要害环节。另外一个方面还会继续实施最严格的耕地保护制度，全面保障18亿亩耕地红线不被逾越。

而且未来国家还会逐步将永久基本农田全部建成高标准农田。这再次为我们说明针对高标准农田的建设方面，国家将投入更多的资金来逐步实现这一战略目标。根据往年高标准农田的系列政策来看，建成高标准农田的补贴起码要在1000~1500元每亩左右。相信在今年会有更详细的利好消息发布。

利好消息3：对于我们种地农民来讲，在今年国家还会继续健全种粮农民的收益保障机制。随着这项机制的健全，也将进一步的减轻农民在种粮收入方面的压力，提升大家的收益稳定性。而且国家的今年还会继续健全粮食主产区利益补偿机制，来全面保障所有的种地农民能够通过农业生产、粮食种植实现增收。

通过以上三个利好消息来看，针对农民种地方面，国家已经制定了一系列的扶持举措。在保障粮食安全的战略要求之下，这些利好政策的落地也将进一步的保障咱们农民的种粮收益。而且国家在未来还会继续加大考核力度，督促各地真正把保障粮食安全的责任扛起来。
